At Arsh Chikan, we strive to ensure your handcrafted Lucknowi garments fit perfectly, but if you are not satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original authentic tags to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Request
Log into your Arsh Chikan account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the chikan embroidery remains intact and place the garment in its original packaging along with the invoice and all brand tags attached.
Pickup Arrangement
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 24-48 hours.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
