Yes, every garment at Arsh Chikan is handcrafted by skilled artisans from Lucknow, ensuring authentic Chikankari patterns that reflect traditional heritage.
How should I care for my Chikan garment?
To preserve the delicate hand-embroidery, we recommend dry cleaning for the first wash. Subsequently, gentle hand washing in cold water with mild detergent is advised.
What is your shipping timeline?
We typically process orders within 48 hours. Domestic shipping across India takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping may take 10-15 business days.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the tags are intact and the garment is unworn. Please note that customized orders are non-returnable.
Are the colors shown on the website accurate?
We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, due to digital screen settings and the manual dyeing process, slight variations in shade may occur.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for select pin codes within India.
